Terms of service

Last updated 15 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-15

Key terms: five days free, then the recurring price shown on the Plan page and agreed at Checkout until cancelled. Cancel from Plan before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. There is no fixed minimum term or cancellation fee.

1. The service and provider

Oliya provides Atlas, a hosted visualization of AI infrastructure metadata with a Windows Companion for local scanning and an optional GitHub source that performs transient hosted structural scanning. These terms are between you and Oliya, the operator of Atlas and enteratlas.io. Contact support@enteratlas.io.

2. Subscription summary

Free trial5 days

Minimum termNone

Your subscription price, billing period and any applicable taxes are shown on the Plan page and at Checkout before you subscribe. The price you agree to renews using the payment method provided until you cancel or we notify you of a permitted price change.

3. Trial and payment

New eligible customers receive one five-day trial. A payment method may be collected when the trial begins. The recurring price shown and agreed at Checkout is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand. Trial eligibility cannot be repeatedly reset by cancelling or creating another subscription. Stripe processes payments and sends the transaction confirmation.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel without a fee through Plan in Atlas, which opens Stripe’s customer portal. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first charge. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals; the portal shows the effective cancellation date and remaining access. If the portal is unavailable, email support@enteratlas.io from the account email.

5. Cooling-off and refunds

If you are a UK consumer and ask to cancel within 14 days of first starting the subscription, Oliya will refund any initial subscription payment taken during that period. This does not limit any statutory right. We also refund duplicate or incorrect charges and provide other refunds where the law requires. For renewal-period or service-quality concerns, contact support promptly so the circumstances can be reviewed fairly.

6. Accounts and acceptable use

You may use Atlas personally or on behalf of an organisation. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. Choosing Personal or Organisation controls account setup; it does not determine whether you legally qualify as a consumer.

Keep your sign-in and Companion installations secure, provide accurate information and notify support of suspected compromise. Do not misuse Atlas, probe another tenant, bypass subscription or installation controls, interfere with the service, upload unlawful metadata or use the service to infringe rights.

7. Source material, metadata, evidence and AI

You retain rights in your source material, synced metadata, opted-in issue evidence and resulting findings. Normal Companion sync uploads metadata only. If your organisation Owner connects GitHub, you authorize Atlas to access the explicitly selected repository read-only and process exact commits temporarily in isolated hosted compute to produce structural metadata and findings. If an authorised member separately approves a hosted AI Review, you also authorize Atlas to transiently process bounded source regions, file profiles, comparison inputs and evidence excerpts from the current commit and, for recent-changes review, its completed baseline commit through Microsoft Foundry Models sold by Azure. Atlas sends requests to the configured Azure Foundry resource and Microsoft, not OpenAI, operates the Azure-hosted model runtime under Microsoft's service terms. Atlas does not deliberately retain checkouts, Git credentials, source inputs or complete repository files after processing and does not write to the repository. A Companion operator may separately enable bounded issue evidence. The Privacy notice explains retained results and provider processing.

8. Availability, updates and changes

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may issue website or Companion security updates, suspend access needed to prevent harm, or change features. Material subscription or policy changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where required. You may contact support to cancel without a cancellation fee if you do not agree to revised terms; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Consumer rights and liability

If you are a consumer, we will provide Atlas with reasonable care and skill. These terms do not exclude or restrict your statutory rights, including any remedies available when the service does not meet legal requirements.

For business customers only, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from Atlas is limited to the Atlas fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This business limit does not apply to consumers.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your responsibilities concerning files, security and recommendations do not remove your legal rights or our own legal duties.

AI findings and recommendations

Atlas provides automated analysis and suggested improvements. Findings may be incomplete or incorrect and do not guarantee that your files or systems are secure, compliant or free from errors. Check important findings against your files, keep suitable backups and test changes before relying on them. Atlas does not replace professional advice where that is needed, including legal, financial or safety advice.

Only connect files and repositories you are authorised to use. Check your sharing settings, organisation membership and exports before sharing information. Redaction can reduce exposure but may not identify every secret or sensitive detail.

10. Ending access and governing law

You may stop using Atlas and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach, security risk or unlawful use, with notice where reasonable. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts available to them.
